Elevation and Facade
The Elevation and Facade of a structure are just as important as the layout as it has an impact on the comfort level of the space. We take your maximum comfort into consideration when working on the facade. We build our shelter to have a comfortable living and to re-energise our daily life. Elevation or facade of a building should be given equal importance as we design the floor layouts. The exterior facade needs to complement the interior spaces, in terms of daylight, temperature, ventilation etc. considering the privacy and security of the occupants. It’s not just about using different materials available or a mixture of different styles.
Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP)
The most common use is as a material for the installation of ventilated facades, which give the building a modern and functional appearance. ACP Sheets are made by sandwiching layers made of aluminum foil with LDPE and then gluing them under extreme heat and pressure. The resultant product is sturdy and waterproof and comes in a wide range of styles to make an attractive and cost-effective rain-screen façade.
Doors / Windows
Our sliding windows are available in different versions – two, three or four-part which allows them to function with ease. High-stability sash are there to make sure silent functioning when the windows are opened or closed. On the other hand, our casement windows come in convex designs wherein EPDM gaskets are used to fit-in the seal. Insulating glass which reduces the heat effect and offers efficient thermal insulation makes it the best option for your window solutions. You can choose between single and double glazing. Whichever style of window you choose, we assure you, our systems are highly durable as they offer high stability against wind loads. The unique center seal system makes them dust and water resistant.
